Breathwork is an active form of meditation that helps to regulate the nervous system and release any stress that is stuck in the body.
It’s been one of my go-to tools as things come up in life, to process and move through them. I have witnessed through the experience of my private clients and through my own personal experience how helpful Breathwork can be to release energy stuck in the body and move into a space of action and acceptance..

We’ll meet virtually to get a sense of what it coming up for you and then I will guide you through the breathe to release any stress or tension then process anything that came up.

Individual Coaching + Breathwork session for $175.

We'll meet for 60-min of Coaching and then move into 30-min of Breathwork to close out the .
